we want to make sure we answer any questions our customers have because, well, we love you!
so here is a quick Q & A on a couple of common questions…
People often want to know…
Do you do repairs? The answer is yes! We love how much our customers enjoy rocking their favorite Island Cowgirl piece or pieces… and when you wear something daily ware and tare happens… Mail us your damaged piece with the repair form and we will be sure to fix it up and get it back to you ASAP. Typically we charge $10 for leather restringing…and everything else is on a case by case basis. We will phone you and let you know how much your repair will cost.
Can I have something from IC customized? You sure can! We try to size our bracelets and necklaces on an average scale, but we can often make exceptions! Most of our leather and pieces can be made larger or smaller or switched from leather to chain… and vise versa! The best way to find out if we can customize something the way you would like it is to call our studio @ (714) 963-6200!
How will my IC order be shipped? With tender love and care OF COURSE, in our special Island Cowgirl Packaging. We use UPS ground. If you need something in a big hurry please select our expedited shipping options upon checkout. We offer UPS ground, 3 day, 2 day or Overnight. We unfortunately DO NOT ship to PO Boxes.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada may incur additional charges. We currently only ship to US and Canada.
